It sounds like your piano is in good shape and will be an easy sell if priced right. It should be relatively easy to get back in tune. Since it has only been two years since a tuning that isn't too bad.

Gulbransen pianos were moderately well known in their day and their products were "middle of the road" for the most part in regards XXXXX XXXXX Because yours is a spinet (the smallest of vertical piano sizes) the price will be a bit lower than taller pianos since the space-saving design does compromise the sound quality.
